I am over 50 and have struggled with weight gain and self confidence since my early 30’s. Rebecca’s weight loss challenges and general work-outs, along with following her advice for changing some of my eating habits, has been the key to my success! Let me start by saying this is the first review I’ve ever written, not one to typically take the time to write these but I truly feel that WAC deserves one. I was a member there for 4 months before having to relocate to the Cincinnati area. You would think living in a bigger city I would be able to find a gym relatively quickly. This may be true but I am struggling as I got accustomed to the WAC community. You will find that the WAC community is like none other. It is unheard of in this day and age for people to lend a helping hand or give words of encouragement but you will find this is the common theme throughout the gym. You will quickly feel at home knowing no one there is going to judge you, but rather help you. You will not find anyone more inspiring or motivating as Rebecca, she is a very charismatic individual. She is very energetic and will help you push through adversity. Persistence is key when it comes to fitness and I can assure you she keeps things fresh and fun! Don’t take my word for it, go check it out yourself!
