Wapak Athletic Club is a privately owned 24 hour fitness center for adults 18 and older.  We provide top of the line equipment, group exercise classes, private and semi-private training, weight loss challenges, corporate wellness plans, and more.

We also offer on-site meal prep, juices, and fresh lunches. There is also a pickleball court and physical therapy that are open to the public.

Never done this before but gotta say, it’s pretty awesome. I run a lot but don’t sweat near as much as in class. Thanks Rebecca, look forward to being involved for some time. Try it, you won’t be sorry.

The best thing that I’ve done for myself. I was inspired by two beautiful young ladies. I watched as these two began to lose weight and become healthier. I decided to give Rebecca a chance. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I signed up for the C2F challenge. Rebecca is a professional trainer and a great trainer at that. She taught us how to eat healthier, worked with us on different levels of exercise and showed us how to modify these workouts if needed. Rebecca helped build my confidence and to get out of my comfort zone. I have completed four 5Ks, something I would have never dreamed of doing before I did this challenge. I am over 50 and I am proud of what I have accomplished. I am currently down 35 lbs and 22 1/4 inches. I feel healthier have more energy and feel better about myself. Thank you Rebecca for giving me the tools I need to become healthier, you are the best!

Rebecca has over 20 years experience designing and implementing programs for all ages,  gender, and fitness levels.

Rebecca also has the following qualifications:

  • First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified
  • Specializing in Health and Weight Loss Challenges & Older Adult Fitness
  • Registered 200 Hour Yoga Instructor
  • Certified Phase 1 Mat Pilates
  • Completed the ACE Continuing Education Course in Kickboxing Fitness & Exercising Through Pregnancy
  • Graduate of the University of Findlay
  • Insured
